How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

All items are handmade and I try to have stock ready made, but to reduce waste some will be made to order meaning it will take a little longer to dispatch.
I aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days at most. But in very busy periods, I advise of a 7 business day turnaround to cover this.

How are orders shipped?

I send all orders, both domestic and international via Royal Mail. Please see shipping for more details.

Do you offer clip on's?

Yes, they're available on all styles that facilitate it! So any really small pieces or ones that have a fishhook finding, then unfortunately they won't be offered. If you are unsure, then please get in touch to discuss further.

Can I purchase gift cards?

I currently offer E-gift cards to use in my shop. You can purchase an amount from £5-£100. Once ordered, you will receive an email with the code which you can enter at the checkout on your next shop. These are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

Do you accept returns?

Due to hygiene reasons I cannot accept returns, so please be aware of this before purchasing. If there are any issues, or for some reason your item should arrive damaged, then please get in touch right away to resolve. So far, I have not had any reports of damaged items from any customers, so hopefully this will long continue!

Can I order a custom design?

I offer custom orders dependent on how much work I currently have. As Hung On You Boutique grows, the busier it gets. So please get in touch if you have any custom requests and I will always see what I can do! 

How do you make your earrings?

I laser cut acrylic and wood and have also used polymer clay and resin. For more information, take a look at the about page.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Gift wrapping is available for each item and is priced per item. This is Hung On You Boutique branded thick paper and card label. Which can be written out or left blank for you, please leave a note at checkout if you require it filling in.
