Shipping

Items are shipped out within 5-7 business days (on average 2-5). Timing depends on whether items need to be made or not, so this is dependent on stock levels and busy periods.

New collection releases are always incredibly busy and can take anywhere up to 10 working days to be shipped. Again, this is just the maximum time you could expect to wait.

This business is run solely by myself, I work as quickly as possible but this is worth knowing.

Please also be aware of current restrictions worldwide. This is out of my hands and due to less workers and more postage, there are delays throughout every service. 

Buyer is responsible for any additional fees such as customs charges, etc.

Pay once for shipping per order, not per item.

UK Shipping:

  • Most items are sent using Royal Mail and are on the Tracked 48 service. I send second class for UK to keep postage costs for you down. The current cost of this service is £2.70 for up to 750g parcels.
  • We also have a range of items available for free delivery, or standard 2nd class. These are smaller, lower cost items. 
    Royal Mail second class aim to deliver items within 2-3 working days. However, this is not a guarantee and in busy periods this timeframe can be extended. 
  • You can upgrade shipping to First class for an additional fee.

International Shipping:

***From the 9th Dec 2024, we regret that we will no longer be able to accept any orders from EU countries & Northern Ireland.
This is due to new EU GPRS regulations that we cannot meet. Any failures to meet these rules can incur huge fines.

Any orders placed after these dates to these countries will be cancelled. We apologise for any inconvenience and hope that there will be further updates soon.***

Please be aware that shipping to the EU will now incur customs fees. These will have to be paid to your customs control before release of your parcel. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and if you require more information, please see your country’s customs and taxes details.

International orders are sent tracked and/or signed for.

  • Royal Mail Tracked to Europe service aim to deliver items within 3-5 working days.
    However, this is not a guarantee and in busy periods this timeframe can be extended. It is also dependant on the Postal service in your country and their working times. From personal experience, I usually find that items get delivered on average between 1-2 weeks when Royal Mail service is not delayed. 
  • Royal Mail Tracked to Rest of World service aim to deliver items within 5-7 working days.
    However, this is not a guarantee and in busy periods this timeframe can be extended. It is also dependant on the Postal service in your country and their working times. From personal experience, I usually find that items get delivered on average between 1-3 weeks when Royal Mail service is not delayed. 

Please allow the Postal Service these times to deliver your items before getting in touch to chase up.
