We’re excited to reward our amazing customers! Here's everything you need to know about our loyalty card programme.


How It Works:

1. When you place an order at www.hungonyouboutique.co.uk, you’ll receive a loyalty card posted with your order.
2. Spend £10 (product total only, excluding shipping) to earn 1 sticker.
3. For every £10 spent, you earn 1 sticker — for example, a £25 order earns 2 stickers.
4. Stickers are sent with your order.
5. Collect 10 stickers to claim a free gift from our specially selected range!

Once your card is full:

6.  Fill in the date completed on your card.
7.  Take a clear photo of your completed card.
8.  Send the photo to us by:

9. We'll confirm completion and send you a selection of free gifts to choose from.
10. Your chosen free gift will be sent with your next paid order — and you’ll receive a new loyalty card to start collecting again!

FAQs

Q: Does the £10 spend include shipping?
A: No, the £10 must be on the product total, excluding shipping costs.

Q: Can I earn multiple stickers in one order?
A: Yes! For example, spend £25 and you’ll earn 2 stickers.

Q: Is the loyalty card available internationally?
A: Yes, we ship loyalty cards and stickers internationally! However, we are currently unable to ship to EU and Ireland.

Q: Do sale items count towards loyalty stickers?
A: Yes, all products currently qualify, but this is subject to change.

Q: How will I receive my free gift?
A: Once your completed card is verified, your free gift will be added to your next paid order to avoid extra postage charges and packaging waste.

Q: How long after submitting my card will I hear back?
A: We aim to respond within 1–3 working days after receiving your completed card photo.

Q: What if I lose my loyalty card?
A: Please get in touch. We can only replace lost cards in extenuating circumstances, at our discretion.

A Few Small Notes About Our Loyalty Card

• Loyalty cards are just for you — stickers can’t be transferred or combined.
• Free gift choices may vary depending on availability.
• There’s no cash alternative for rewards.
• If you return an order that earned stickers, those stickers will be voided from your card.
• Hung On You Boutique may update or end the loyalty programme at any time if needed (but we’ll always do our best to let you know!).
• Please claim your free gift within 30 days once we send you your selection to choose from.
• Loyalty cards are for purchases made only at www.hungonyouboutique.co.uk.
