General Care Tips:

 

  • Avoid Prolonged Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause colours to fade, particularly on wood or painted items. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place when not in use.
  • Keep Away from Moisture: While acrylic is water-resistant, wooden parts may warp or swell if exposed to excessive moisture. Avoid wearing or using your items in humid environments like showers or pools.
  • Handle With Care: Laser-cut pieces are intricately designed and can be delicate. Avoid dropping or applying excessive pressure.

Wall Hanging Mirrors and Wall Art 

Hanging Instructions:

  • Our wall mirrors and art do not come with hooks to hang to keep the weight down and also make them renter friendly.
  • We recommend using Command Strips or other adhesive hanging solutions suitable for your wall type.
  • Always ensure the hanging method is appropriate for your specific wall material (e.g., plaster, brick, or painted drywall).
  • Note: Our pieces are lightweight, so heavy-duty solutions are not necessary.
  • Avoid placing your wall decor in areas with high humidity or temperature fluctuations, such as bathrooms or near radiators, to maintain its integrity.
  • Use a soft microfibre cloth to remove dust and fingerprints.
  • Avoid using glass cleaner, alcohols or abrasive materials, as they will damage acrylic surfaces.
  • Mirror can scratch if you are not careful with it, so please take care.

Cleaning Your Items

For Jewellery and Accessories:

  • Use a soft, dry microfibre cloth to gently remove dust and smudges.
  • For acrylic, you can dampen the cloth slightly with water and a small amount of mild soap for stubborn marks. Avoid abrasive cleaners or materials as they can scratch the surface.
  • Do not submerge items with wooden parts or adhesive elements in water.

For Sterling Silver Necklaces:

Sterling silver is made from 92.5% pure silver and a little copper. When exposed to air, moisture, or even your skincare, it naturally tarnishes – but it’s super easy to clean

  • Use a silver polishing cloth to gently pull the chain through and remove tarnish.
  • For deeper cleans, soak in warm water with a drop of mild soap, brush gently with a soft toothbrush, rinse & dry.
  • Avoid harsh cleaners like toothpaste or baking soda – they’re too abrasive.
  • Don’t wear in water (swimming, showering) and avoid perfumes or lotions near the chain.
  • Store in an airtight bag or jewellery box with an anti-tarnish strip or silica gel packet.
  • Wear it often! Natural oils from your skin help keep it shiny.

For Homewares (e.g., coasters, stirrers, mugs):

  • Before First Use: Wash food or drink related items with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
  • Always hand wash only—avoid dishwashers (mugs) as high heat and water pressure can damage the materials.
  • After cleaning, dry immediately with a soft towel to prevent water spots or warping.

Storage Recommendations

  • Store jewellery in a protective pouch or box to prevent scratches. You can even Pop in a little anti-tarnish strip or silica gel packet to help with metals.
  • Keep heavier homeware items flat to avoid bending or warping.
